This is a three-bedroom house in a traditional style designed around an open patio area. The living room and all the bedrooms have been designed to face north and capture maximum light and sun in the cooler seasons. The main entrance enters from the western side into the dining area. A walled kitchen yard is provided. The bedrooms live onto the open stoep / pergola area. The bedrooms lead to the bathroom, which has a bath, WC and wash hand basin.
