This is a compact three-bedroom with a single garage house in a Bali style. The living room and all the bedrooms have been designed to face north and capture maximum light and sun in colder seasons. The main entrance enters from the northern side into the lounge. A walled kitchen yard is provided. The bedrooms live onto the open patio / pergola area. The bedrooms lead to the bathroom, which has a shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
